not a stupid question. if 5/8 isn't in the vault, what's the deal then with 2/26? it's not a favorite of mine but i agree that a lot of folks would be buying this one up...

I have most of the Road Trips, and I like em. But Dicks Picks was more of an occasion, and a celebration of the music of GD than Road Trips are.

Maybe is time to revive DP`s series. And end on a not so uneven number. I`d love to have DP 50 on my shelf.

And is 2/26 in the vault??

My guess is that after the passing of Dick latvala and the passing of tourches to David Lemieux for the deciding of what would become a Dick's Picks stretched away too far from who created the original Dick's Picks. I mean David produced Dick's Picks 16 - 36 and now has produced all of the Road Trips. It is just a moving on from the Dick Latvala archiving era!! And we all bless him for his wonderful work!!
